Win Clean is an anti-doping education campaign for international athletes and their support teams visiting the UK. It is managed by UK Anti-Doping (UKAD), the National Anti-Doping Organisation (NADO) in the UK, and is supported by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). It was launched in 2011 prior to the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The Win Clean campaign provides information to visiting athletes and their support personnel about the support that can be accessed during their stay in the UK.

Win Clean is offered to event organisers as a package of education services and resources designed specifically to meet the needs of the event. Win Clean is a great way to demonstrate a commitment to clean sport and to provide easy and accessible education to athletes and their entourage travelling to the UK to compete.

UKAD will create and deliver a bespoke, needs-assessed package of services and resources for each event organiser. This can include an interactive outreach stand, event specific athlete information leaflets, Win Clean merchandise and tailored education sessions for teams who may not have previously received anti-doping education. The event organiser will also be able to have access to a dedicated section of the Win Clean website.

The aim of the programme is: ‚Äč

• to protect clean athletes from the risk of inadvertent doping
• to ensure all athletes, support personnel and team managers are aware of the values of clean sport and are confident in meeting their anti-doping responsibilities
• to effectively promote the UK’s robust anti-doping programme to the international sporting community
